How to Order: To ensure that monograms are accurately completed, all orders must be placed online. We utilize a secure, convenient online system to make this process both easy and safe. All orders will be confirmed by e-mail and I am happy to answer questions by phone. My phone number is (615) 585-1148.
Turn Around Time: All items will be shipped within 7 to 10 days for items in stock. For Nashville customers, your item will be ready for pick up in 7 to 10 days. If you need something sooner, please contact me BEFORE placing your order. I will let you know if it is possible and if there will be an additional charge. All items requested to be ready or shipped in less than a 72 hour turnaround time will be charged an additional fee of $5.
Please understand that some items may be out of stock, but can usually be reordered. We will contact you within 24 hours if your order is going to take longer than 10 days.

Payment: I accept Visa, Mastercard and PayPal. All payments are collected securely using Authorize.net® Nashville area, i.e. Davidson and Williamson Counties may pay by check. As soon as your check is received and cleared, your order will be placed.
Sales Tax: A sales tax rate of 9.25% will be applied to all orders shipped within the state of Tennessee.
Custom Orders: If you have specific needs, please let me know. I have additional fonts and color options for you to choose from. There may be an additional charge for special orders, but I am happy to try to accommodate you.
In addition, if you see an applique you like, but would like to change the fabric please specify this in the additional information box. We can easily switch a red gingham for a blue gingham or whatever change you might like to make!
Returns and Exchanges: If you are not completely happy with your item, please call me immediately. Because each item is personalized, the item cannot be returned unless there is a defect in the item that was overlooked prior to shipping or there has been a mistake on your order. Please check your order carefully before sending.
Refunds: Because each item is custom made all sales are final and no refund can be made unless as stated above there is a defect in the item that was overlooked prior to shipping or a mistake was made on the personalization of the item.
Gift Wrapping: We offer gift wrapping for an additional charge of $5. However, if you do not choose gift wrapping, your gift will have a KB Embroidery tag tied to it. I will also enclose a card for the recipient. Please put the words you would like written on a pink, blue or white card in the additional information box. Your gift will be shipped in a plain white padded envelope with a KB Embroidery label. Very pretty even without the gift wrapping!
